About Us
Located in the Southern Hills medical office building, Family Practice Associates provides excellent multi-specialty healthcare to its patients. Our physicians are board certified medical specialists in Family Practice. Our office-based diagnostic services include x-ray, EKG, treadmill, flexible sigmoidoscopy, and a full-service laboratory.
We are affiliated with Southern Hills Medical Center, which is part of the TriStar Family of Hospitals.

Founded in 1999 by Dr. George L. Holmes III, Family Practice strives to exceed the expectations of its patients with every visit. The care provided by our distinguished group of physicians is complimented by a caring and helpful support staff. We are always looking for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the complicated healthcare delivery process.
